I used to build huts out of branches with friends, play and just spend a lot of time there. I wanted to capture this feeling and the memories of the forest in my photographic work, which should be an invitation for the viewer to go out into nature themselves: to roam through the forest without a goal or intention, to get excited about the little things that do us good - just like when we were children. This resulted in the book project entitled "O Children", which consists of still lifes and portraits of four different models and reflects my feelings for the forest and nature in simple and imperfect photographs. The book was printed in a limited and numbered edition of 20 copies.
